I’m an anthropologist and mediator by training. I’ll listen deeply to understand the mission, culture, and context of your work. Through confidential interviews with leaders, employees and stakeholders, I’ll uncover the ideas, anecdotes, and audience archetypes connected with your brand. On this foundation, we’ll draw up an action plan to strengthen your brand narrative within your budget and time constraints.
STEP 2: CREATE YOUR NARRATIVE
From the insights gleaned in the listening phase, we’ll craft your brand narrative and flesh it out with memorable and resonant stories that your team can use across audience segments and channels. You’ll learn a set of storytelling skills that will help you engage, persuade, and delight listeners.
STEP 3: LAUNCH & POLISH
In the final phase, I help your team deploy your brand narrative and start living a culture of storytelling. We’ll define best practices for meetings and workflows, and update your web site, case statement, and marketing copy.
